Clerk to the Governing Body
I have over 20 years of experience working in the education sector: currently as PA to the Headteacher in a large mainstream secondary school. Prior to this in September 2015 I completed my Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management through Anglia Ruskin University and was a School Business Manager in an Enfield primary school. I worked at Imperial College London for 9 years supporting and managing careers delivery for undergraduate and business school students and spent 2 years at Barnet Education Business Partnership (EBP) delivering work related learning programmes and supporting teachers with Professional Development Placements. I trained to be a Clerk to Governors through Enfield Local Authority’s Governor Support Services in 2010 and in January 2021 I completed my Level 3 Certificate in Clerking of School and Academy Governing Boards. I am passionate about the importance of supporting education through effective governance.
